Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HTask ("Service"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Proxima SRL, Reg. Number IT01503830703 (“HTask", “Company", "we", or "us"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions in these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Service Description

Our Service involves the development of automation solutions based on your specific requirements. The Service is provided on a time and material subscription basis. The source code developed during the automation development process will be owned by you, and you retain all intellectual property rights associated with the source code.

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Italy.


Refunds can only be issued within 14 days from the start of the subscription if no automation solution has been developed. After this period, refunds will not be granted.

Order Execution

We will execute each request provided by you in the order received. However, we make no commitment in terms of guaranteed time or result for any specific request.


All communication regarding the Service will take place within the specified application, "Linear." We do not offer phone calls or transfers for support or inquiries related to the Service.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We do not offer any Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or penalties for the performance or delivery of the automation development service.

Use of Client's Logo

We reserve the right to use your company's logo to indicate that you are a user of our Service for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by you.

Fee and Billing

The fee for the Service is fixed by the chosen billing period and will be specified at the time of payment. The payment must be made in advance. We accept online payments or SEPA direct debit as methods of payment.

Subscription Changes

For the subscriptions, we reserve the right to raise the fee at any time, provided that we give you a notice period of 14 days in advance from the renewal date.


All materials shared by you in the course of using our Service will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) governing the protection of confidential information shared during the automation development process.

Payment Default

Failure to make payment for the Service within the specified time frame will result in the immediate suspension of the Service until the outstanding payment is made.

Automation Server Hosting

The hosting of the automation server is provided without guarantees or service level commitments. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and performance of the server but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

By using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Proxima SRL regarding the use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on our website or notifying you through email

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to use our Service after the modifications have been made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
